Real Estate Charities, LLC is owned by Mitch Ribak, Broker Associate, eXp Realty, LLC.  With this license, we can help homebuyers and sellers across the country and collect referral fees from other Real Estate Brokerages around the world. The fee is usually 30% of the commission earned by the Realtor servicing the client.  On a $500,000 home, that could be as much as a $4,500 referral fee!

 

There is no cost to you and all fees are paid by the Realtor to Real Estate Charities.  Half of the referral fees collected by Real Estate Charities will go to Kennedy Krieger Institute, an organization dedicated to caring for and educating children and young adults with disorders of the central nervous system. The other half of the fee is split between a program of Kennedy Krieger near and dear to our hearts, the Hunter Nelson Sturge-Weber Syndrome Center, and our company, to cover administrative costs.
